Education & impact

In Malawi, 80% of the population is under the age of 35. At the same time, there are too few job opportunities and limited access to education and training.

Each year, around 300,000 young people enter the job market, while only about 30,000 jobs are available.

Technical education offers a solution: young people learn a trade and gain prospects for employment and independence.

Technical Education

Students learn trades such as construction, technical skills, and maintenance.

Inclusive Education

Our education is accessible to everyone, including deaf and hard-of-hearing young people.

Future-focused

Students contribute to projects in their own community.

Our impact

Through our education, we help young people build independent lives and contribute to sustainable development in Malawi.

The school offers a range of hands-on training programmes that are aligned with the local labour market.
